A2: Orders can be canceled or refunded up to one hour after placing the order.
After this time, unfortunately, we cannot modify the order, such as changing the size or adding products. If your order has not been dispatched, we may still change any personal details such as your shipping address.

We cannot edit a billing address once an order has been placed.

If you want to go up a half size, we can resize your piece when you purchase one of our services here. Once purchased, please email us at hello@lisaconcept.com to receive the difference in payment.
We do not accept returns, exchanges or resizing requests for international orders.
Custom orders, custom and half-size pieces, and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Facebook and Instagram Shop orders are not eligible for exchanges.
