Deliveries and returns
The consumer is only responsible for the reduction in the value of the products resulting from their handling, other than what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning, according to art. 14, para. 3 of GEO 34/2014.
The return of products is accepted according to the terms and conditions mentioned below and are in accordance with the provisions of GEO 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the modification and completion of some normative acts.
In the case of legal entities (they do not have consumer status), we reserve the right to accept or not the return of the products.
We recommend keeping the original packaging to protect the integrity of the products. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered.
The Seller will refund the product's value within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of the Consumer's notification of his decision to withdraw from the contract and acceptance of the return. LISA CONCEPT will be able to postpone the refund of the product's value until the product sold is received or until it receives proof that it has been shipped, if LISA CONCEPT has not offered to recover the product itself (the latest date will be taken). The amount of money related to the returned products will be returned after the verification of the products after the mutual agreement of the method of return or according to legal procedures.
To remember!
Silver products that are plated with yellow or rose gold at the customer's special order cannot be returned.
Custom assembled products in 14K or 18K silver and gold with features dictated by customer preferences are non-returnable.
14k and 18k silver and gold products that undergo alterations or are made to order for the customer cannot be returned.
In cases where the returned products are damaged or incomplete, show signs of wear, scratches, shocks, electric shocks, missing accessories, missing warranty certificates, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
We also reserve the right to refuse to accept the return in case of abuse (repeated returns by the same buyer).
The modification of the invoicing data from a natural person to a legal person can be requested within a maximum of 48 hours after taking possession of the products. The resolution period is up to 30 working days. Only invoices that have a receipt issued by the courier company per legal entity can be modified. The invoices issued at the office are not changed.
Important!
Return costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the jewelry has a manufacturing defect or is damaged unexpectedly, for reasons beyond the customer's control. Also, in case of delivery of a different product than the one ordered, LISA CONCEPT will take care of exchanging it with a corresponding one.
Please make a note in the "Method of payment" column on the return form the bank account in which you want us to transfer the value of the returned products. At the moment, this is the only way to return the value of the product.
