JEWELERY LISA&CO.

The customer will place the order online and receive its confirmation by e-mail (to the address with which the customer account was created). All prices and, where applicable, delivery costs, are expressed in RON.

By placing the order, the Customer confirms that he assumes and accepts the Terms and Conditions and undertakes to pick up the item and pay the price displayed in the shopping cart. Lisa&Co. undertakes to deliver the product to the address digitally communicated by the Customer. For deliveries outside Romania, the Customer must contact Lisa&Co. (details on contact methods can be found in the "Contact" section).

JEWELRY MADE TO ORDER

After establishing the concept of jewelry to be made to order, the order form will be filled out. If the Client will have a face-to-face meeting with the Lisa&Co. designer, the form will be filled out with him. In the case of a remote order, the form must be completed by the Customer and sent by e-mail to Lisa&Co. After receiving the form, the Customer will receive the order confirmation by e-mail and details about the possibility of honoring the order and its execution time.

The execution of the order will be started after the payment, by the Customer, of an advance in the amount of 50% of the value of the order (unless the parties agree otherwise). All prices and, where appropriate, delivery costs are expressed in RON.

By completing the Order Form, the Customer confirms that he assumes and accepts the Terms and Conditions and undertakes to pick up the package and pay the price displayed in the shopping basket, respectively written in the order form. Lisa&Co. undertakes to deliver the order to the address digitally communicated by the Customer. For deliveries outside Romania, the Customer must contact Lisa&Co. (details on contact methods can be found in the "Contact" section).

Also, products already in stock that are gilded on order cannot be returned.
